I work as a Teacher Assistant/Lab Assistant for two chemistry classes. I make sure my students stick to proper safety procedures, ensure no-one falls behind, and maintain the condition of the laboratory. I work with chemicals and make sure to follow safety procedures perfectly. I also grade papers.

I filed claims, wrote quotes for prospective clients, sent notices via email and paper mail, and handled phone calls. I also designed an automated quote questionnaire that asks only relevant questions to prospective clients based upon preceding answers. In addition, I designed an HTML email newsletter for prospective clients which included a link to the aforementioned questionnaire.
