Assisted in the hiring process from initial contact and interviews to final contracting and orientation. Acted as liaison between the Director of Selection and summer interns to answer questions regarding company systems, policies, and networking. I have developed strong written and verbal communication both externally with potential candidates and internally with various staff members. I also work directly with our Managing Director in the recruiting process; specifically in developing new and improved recruiting tactics through social media and other internet resources.
