Change Management Senior Specialist - OCM Team at BB&T
Organizational Change Management (OCM) team member in Finance Integration Services/SAP ADS division of the Data and Technology Services group. Coordinate and develop communications for financial system technology (SAP Systems) projects for the corporation. Responsible for the change agent/key stakeholder teams, end user adaptability, intranet site maintenance and process standards document development and maintenance. Partner with OCM training lead and subject matter experts on developing end user training materials and communication support for the same.
