Track staff evaluations, health exams, and TB tests. Perform annual background checks on all employees as well as track and monitor professional licenses. Distribute tuition loan memos, chauffeur's license memos, and expired driver’s license memos on an as needed basis and track the copies and information from each. Update staff do not drive list on a monthly basis Contact potential applicants and set up interviews. Track and maintain HHS/SAM/IA fed checks, emergency procedure, blood bourne pathogens, PREA, code of conduct, and UA tests on a yearly basis. File terminated employee files and student worker information. Put new employee personnel files together for Woodward and Des Moines offices. Track competency assessments, mandatory reporter training, first aid/CPR, policy and procedure manual sheets, and training checklists. Track training hours for both offices on a monthly basis. Compile results from employee satisfaction surveys bi-annually Enter new employees' information in the time clock system and make changes to their profiles as needed. Meet with all new hires and process their paperwork for both the Woodward and Des Moines office. Process applicant paperwork after interviews & send no thank you letters for both offices. Track regulations/requirements for Woodward Academy school bus and driver(s). Review and update the policy and procedure manual every year and as needed.
