To support PHEAA's mission, I meticulously develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the agency's evolving needs.
My responsibilities include crafting and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans, leveraging cutting-edge recruiting software, social media platforms, and strategic networking to identify and attract top-tier talent. Furthermore, I actively manage the contractor requisition process, nurturing relationships with staffing agencies and streamlining the onboarding process for new hires.
