Some of the most important responsibilities are enforcing residence regulations, counseling and informing residents, penalizing inappropriate behavior, and helping residents overcome any difficulties academically or mentally.
I greeted customers and acknowledged problems and solved them quickly and efficiently. I maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins and kept server areas clean as well as stocked during service hours to increase efficiency.
I established student success plans and maintained relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members. I also obtained, organized, and developed procedures and course materials as well as enhanced student learning by using a wide range of instruction and innovated classroom activities.
