Participants are assessed and coached throughout the program on their collaboration, critical thinking, leadership and innovative problem solving skills. Participate in the following Leadership Program initiatives: o Alumni Initiative Work with the Leadership Alumni Board in planning and development programs to drive stronger alumni engagement after student graduation. o Servant Leadership Initiative - Develop a servant leadership and corporate social responsibility mindset through planning and participating in fundraising events in support of local charities. o Marketing and Recruiting Initiative - Develop creative social media programs that promote and advertise the Leadership Program to attract high caliber students to the Program as well as creating awareness of the Programs rich talent to businesses to attract internship and career opportunities for the students. o Womens Leadership Program Participate in the Leadership Womens Program that provides one-on-one coaching and mentoring by Executive women members of the Leadership Advisory Council to prepare women for highly successful professional and personal career journeys.
