Perform collaborative research studies with other UALR professors on the topic of decision making using measures from behavioral economics. Instruct students in upper division psychology courses including: Research Methods, Learning and Memory, and Statistics. My courses increase the ability for students to perform as leaders of a team, encourages them to apply what they have learned to work, community and home environments, and emphasizes the professional development of ethics. Mentor McNair and honors scholars while fostering a collaborative research laboratory. Ensure their hard work is presented at national conferences every year and that students are developing the skills and knowledge to begin a career in research or business.
