Hello. My name is Kourtney Owens. I am a devoted psychology enthusiast passionate about understanding human behavior and fostering positive interactions in the workplace. With a keen interest in how people think and feel, I am excited to pursue a career in Human Resources, where I can help create supportive and engaging environments for employees. Raised in Atlanta, GA, I discovered early on that I was fascinated with psychology. This passion led me to study Psychology at Georgia State Univesity, where I deepened my knowledge of emotional intelligence, motivation, and team dynamics. When not focused on my studies or career goals, I enjoy traveling with friends and attending music festivals. These activities bring me joy and enhance my understanding of relationships and collaboration.
