Researching the effects of summer learning loss on populations affected by poverty. Implemented a pilot program working with six summer programs to measure how these summer programs can influence academic readiness for the upcoming school year in the areas of STEM, literacy, and self-efficacy. This was completed by a pre and post survey to the students.

Work with a variety of different nonprofits in the region to work on projects to serve the needs of the community partner. This is done by policy-based research into a certain issue area. Findings are then presented to the community partner and to the public at Siena College. A final issue brief is also published at the end of the project.

Run a point-of-sale system at the Siena College Bookstore. Help customers with general merchandise and book questions and help communicate standard business practices to the public.

Worked with the nonprofit Hunger Action Network of New York to research food insecurity across New York. Looked into different practices and programs different counties offered and helped determine best practices recommendations.
