Majoring in Nursing, Minoring in African Studies
Carthage College, Class of 2027
From Beavercreek, Ohio
My passion is helping others! I am currently a Behavior Tech at Beyond ABA in Kenosha. As I am getting closer to graduating, I am hoping to work with pediatric patients and diverse populations. I my passion when I became a peer helper in a special needs classroom during my sophomore year of high school. That experience shaped my journey. During Fall 2025, I completed my pediatric rotation at Special Education District of Lake County (SEDOL). Soccer is my other passion. I have helped in coaching roles for youth soccer during summers since my freshman year. I have fell in love with the area here and plan to stay between Chicago and Milwaukee after graduation.

Jadynn Kramer was recognized for studying abroad
I have been incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to travel abroad. In January 2024, I went to India to study traditional and non-traditional healthcare. In January 2025, I went to Tanzania to learn about art, culture and society. In January 2026, I visited Nicaragua and the island of Ometepe, where I participated in clinics and assisted in a water project. Upcoming next January 2027, I will be traveling to Spain and Portugal to learn about the history, politics, economics, social values, and social welfare systems that shape and intersect with the healthcare delivery models there. These trips have been incredibly educational and rewarding. The opportunity to experience and emerge into other cultures has allowed me a deeper understanding of the world we live in and can be applied to my future interactions with patients.
