Sabrina Krista Durrance

I am a passionate and driven professional committed to the pursuit of excellence and the belief that we all have a responsibility to leave the world better than we found it. As a lifelong learner, I embrace challenges and actively seek new knowledge, a journey that once led me to venture solo into a foreign country where I navigated language barriers and built a fulfilling life as a teacher. In my role as a trainer for the City of San Diego, I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues to enhance our services and devise innovative solutions, leading impactful training programs that empower diverse teams in our department of nearly 2,000. Outside of work, I relish reading, staying active, and volunteering in my church. Ultimately, I appreciate life's simple pleasures and understand that it is the fleeting moments, amid the daily hustle, that truly add depth to our lives.
