I am an attentive, loyal, hardworking student and employee. I have great communication skills and leadership experience. I work well will people at all levels, and feel that my previous education and work experience has given me a strong foundation for a successful career. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Technology Project Management at Davenport University. On a daily basis I am faced with both team and individual based challenges. With over 2 years under my belt dealing with IT client support, office support, and everyday office tasks I am confident I can overcome any task I put my mind to.

Perform assignments made up of application development, design, technology analysis, and maintenance. Serve as a technical resource for MDE and CEPI agencies. Conduct and execute test plans for various applications. I also serve as a Technical Liaison for MDE staff. In this position I am responsible for creating and monitoring requests for commodities and services. I help the clients obtain any needed information for purchasing requests, create purchasing requests (through ITRAC), help manage expectations, and monitor the process until it is delivered.
