Develop software to support operations, growth, and engagement for an international organization, leverage data to predict future needs, present software to board of advisors and other audiences, solicit feedback and incorporate it into the software, observe pain points and opportunities for improvement within processes and devise solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those processes, presented original software to international advisory board, solicited feedback and integrated suggestions into the next iteration, resulting in software which was more intuitive and well suited for an international audience, observed and investigated problems and pain points in processes used both internally and externally to the organization, proposed, managed, and implemented new projects and initiatives, targeted towards relieving pain points and achieving organizational goals for growth, engagement, and responsiveness, wrote WordPress plugins, PHP APIs, stored procedures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery (Full Stack Web Development), developed and managed a database and worked with Elementor page builder, built a database to facilitate automation, increasing process efficiency by 5x, enabling more features and data analytics / visualization, used to make better decisions to prepare the organization for the future.
