Kyle Neville

In the aviation field, Ive had the opportunity to progress my skills as a maintainer, inspector, troubleshooter, and leader. My professional development reaches from troubleshooting and correcting complex discrepancies to training and molding countless employees into competent and efficient contributors. Most notably, I effectively managed the maintenance effort, comprised of over 200 employees and 16 aircraft, in order to achieve time sensitive benchmarks set forth by the Department of Defense for the F-35 program. This required a continuous liaison with outside organizations to identify, troubleshoot and correct material and programmatic concerns. I used my background as an experienced maintainer, inspector, and troubleshooter to successfully orchestrate, coordinate, and delegate a clear and concise plan to accomplish objectives. Adaptability, critical thinking, complex problem solving, and communication are essential in this task. I am currently honing my technical skills by earning a degree in aerospace engineering. I am interested in using my experience to pursue a co-op or internship in the aerospace industry.
