Phi Chi Theta - Zeta Phi is the only Professional Business Fraternity on campus. One of 22 new members competitively selected to join and further the School of Business, additionally acting as a liaison between School of Business students and its Dean. -New Member Liaison 09/19-11/19 As a PCT pledge liaison I develop and maintain strong relationships with 22 new and 25 existing members. I also debrief members on the opinions of new members at weekly chapter meetings. -Director of Recruitment 11/19-5/20 I work with the executive board to direct the Recruitment Committee. Responsible for creating, organizing, and implementing the first Zeta Phi Spring Recruitment and second Fall Recruitment in 2020. During and leading up to Recruitment, I am in charge of educating and leading all members in the process.
