Due to security measures, the details of my work experience are considered secret. During my second year with Department of Defense, while attending school full-time, I was awarded Civilian of the Quarter for 2024 for 402d Electronics Maintenance Group at Robins AFB, as well as Civilian of the Quarter for 2024 for Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. I was also awarded Civilian of the Year for 2024 for 402d Electronics Maintenance Group and Civilian of the Year for 2024 for Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. I maintained a 120% proficiency and proved to be a valuable asset to the organization by being certified to perform repairs on over 200 procedures.
At Northrop, I work on several programs that support Defense Systems. I support manufacturing of electronics that are associated military planes such as the A-10 Warthog and B-1 Bomber.
My day to day responsibilities include building micro induction transformers, soldering, building PWB boards with circuitry, applying conformal coating, training new hires on building assets, and supporting engineering in making changes to work instructions.
I serve as the dedicated 3M Versaflo Respirator Trainer, sit on the Health and Safe Compliance Committee, and have earned 2 company-given monetary BRAVO Awards for my performance and dedication to the company, as well as being a Subject Matter Expert in 2 different fields.
