legal disclosures and notices remain up to date and accurate within each facility, creating online and
print advertisements, creating and managing the company website, managing social media
platforms, designing and ordering promotional items, planning and organizing company events and
health fairs, formatting forms for internal and external use, developing and implementing marketing
strategies, and ensuring that the companys mission and image are accurately portrayed.
Responsible for all marketing needs for two working branches including signage, organizing public
and private events, creating media advertisements, managing contracts with various vendors,
researching Credit Union needs and current trends, creating budgets and marketing plans, updating
the website and social media pages, and ordering promotional items. Also responsible for responding
to consumer inquiries and providing solutions to our members as a Member Service Representative. In
charge of all community outreach and sponsorships. I work hand-in-hand with the front-line staff and
management to ensure all CU needs are being met and assist the processing department with duties
such as filling and reconciling the ATM machines.
Served as a liaison between members and the Credit Union providing a full range of information and
assistance to Credit Union members including performing teller transactions, informing members of
savings and lending products, researching and using problem solving techniques for member account
issues, and more.
Daily duties at Huss Performance Horses includes managing the feed and health needs of
approximately 25 reining horses in the facility, preparing horses for the head trainer as well as
clients, and assisting in the training of a number of client-owned horses. Organized and updated
veterinary records as well as show entries and association registrations. Responsible for transporting
horses to and from shows across multiple states.
Lead sales person and floor manager of the Findlay retail location. Primary responsibilities include
processing deliveries, restocking the sales floor, meeting sales quotas, coaching new employees,
counting registers during close, and assisting in coordinating floor sets.
