Responsibilities: Producing marketing materials and internal reference documents, assisting consultants on-site by creating supplementary materials, conducting and reporting market research, and updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database records.

Responsibilities: Representing Elizabethtown College at campus admission forums and recruitment events. Assisting the Office of Admissions personnel with office mailings, manuals, pamphlets, and other publications relating to underrepresented students. Participation in telephone-a-thons directed towards the recruitment of underrepresented student populations. Hosting prospective students. Assisting with tours of the college campus. Researching scholarship opportunities for underrepresented students.

Responsibilities: Providing updates on campus news, events, and campaigns to Elizabethtown alumni, parents, and friends through telephone calls. Asking for monetary support for the Annual Fund in an effective and professional manner. Preserving the confidentiality of donor information.
