Self-driven, door-to-door sales position. Informed potential customers of the benefits of products, accessed which package best fit customers needs, and sold products accordingly. Managed appointments and provided customers support through installation, and any other problems encountered. Created marketing tools to aid in informing customers of Charters products. Trained new employees in the field, and taught teammates on how to use new software.
Greeted guests in a warm, friendly manner, answered phones, created reservations and checked guests in and out of the hotel. Provided guest support to resolve problems. Resolved billing and reservation issues, provided directions to local attractions. Coordinated with other hotels in the area during peak travel times, sold rooms over the phone, and to walk-ins.
Managed media tasks, which included performing weekly pulls, organizing media sections, set planograms and managed weekly release dates. Ensured shipments were prepared and transferred in a timely manner, and overstock product remained organized.
