I am a recipient of a Regis College Crimson and Gold Tassel Award. The Crimson and Gold Award is reserved to recognize seniors who serve as cornerstones of the Regis community. Recipients of a Crimson and Gold Tassel are selected based on their outstanding service to the university and to their class. Senior class members receive this tassel during the Baccalaureate ceremony. Recipients of this special tassel may wear it on all occasions requiring academic regalia beginning with Regis' Commencement.

With funding from the Carole Remick Foundation, Regis awards this scholarship (up to $5,000 and based on financial need) to full-time undergraduate students with an interest in a career in writing and/or communications. The application process requires prospective students to write a 500-word essay reflecting on how their academic goals align with the overall mission of the Carole Remick Foundation.
