Trong-Linh Vu

Trong-Linh (Lawrence) Vu received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2019. He earned both my M.S. (2023) and Ph.D. (2024) degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY, USA. He is a registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in the state of Texas. He passed the PE Power exam in May 2025 and is currently working toward fulfilling the required professional experience to obtain his PE Power license. His interests include power system studies, smart grids, power system simulation and modeling, and transient stability analysis.
