LaMorris Bester Jr

I am an undergraduate student at The University of Alabama with a strong interest in leadership, technology, and public service. My journey has been shaped by intentionally stepping outside of my comfort zone and choosing growth over fear. Through leadership roles and campus involvement, I am continually learning the importance of responsibility, consistency, and empowering others. My interest lies in how innovation and policy can work together to expand opportunity and strengthen communities. Whether through technology, civic engagement, or organizational leadership, I aspire to contribute to systems that create long term impact. I believe leadership is not defined by titles, but by the willingness to serve, listen, and act with integrity. I am always seeking opportunities to grow, collaborate with driven individuals, and contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful difference.
