I have been passionate about nutrition and wellness my entire life. I've earned certifications as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, corrective exercise specialist and and completed 2 1/2 years of study and internship in Ayurveda. I look forward to using my degree in healthy lifestyle coaching to help individuals overcome the physical challenges of aging and to regain their health when recovering from disease.
My own experience with cancer has given me a deep understanding of the myriad of challenges brought on by disease and aggressive medical treatments which will help me to support my clients from the perspective of a survivor who has regained strength and health.
