I was a paid research assistant and have contributed to the formation of a mission-driven company for success predictors of college students with autism. The job has given me valuable work experience in research and databases, and has allowed me to be part of a budding company. I have grown in knowledge about people, community, and business while being part of the research team at the beginning phase to participating in branding and marketing meetings for company development. Additionally, I've gained confidence in communication skills, organization, planning, and responsibility as I self-motivate to work and have been held responsible with completing tasks and teaching new assistants.
