Activities

College of Business Peer Mentor

I will help a group of 10-12 incoming freshmen their first semester at Iowa State to help them get adjusted to the campus, classes, studying, etc. I will be their resource for different connections on campus, and help them with their four year plan and registering for their second semester of classes.

National Honor Society

We helped a lot throughout our community with National Honor Society. We delivered Meals on Wheels, did different fundraisers, and did an service activity once a month including summer hours as well.

Transfer Admissions Ambassador Program (TAAP)

I served as the Vice President during the 2015-2016 school year. My job as Vice President was to organize transfer visits days and assign duties to TAAP members on these specified days. I am currently serving as TAAP President for the 2016-2017 school year. In this role, I will be conducting meeting, coordinating guest speakers from different departments on campus, and being of assistance to my other Executive Board Members and TAAP members.

Alpha Phi

I am currently serving as the Red Dress Gala Chairman for our chapter. The Red Dress Gala is the largest philanthropic event our sorority holds. The event includes a meal, entertainment, and a silent auction and raffles. All of the proceeds of this event go to the Alpha Phi Foundation supporting women's heart health. This will be our very first Red Dress Gala at Iowa State University.
