Mai-Lynn Burke

Sobo is an I.T. Strategy and Advisory firm founded in 2009. I work here with my husband (the founder) and am involved primarily in Sobo's operation as a whole (organizational growth and operational growth). I am involved in problem solving at Sobo as well as the hiring process, sales/marketing strategies and new product ideas. In general I have always been very passionate about Business. I had a great opportunity to run and start my own very small business from 2013 to 2017. I really love working at a company that has such an audacious vision and that has taken such a unique approach to how I.T. can be used to serve B2B environments. At Sobo I.T. and Technology is seen as a tool to leverage in accomplishing the clients' business goals. They are an Advisory and Strategy first MSP. They are not merely interested in supporting their clients present technologies but in utilizing new technologies to propel their business forward and make them competitive in their own verticals. What I bring to Sobo is a healthy business acumen, unique approach to client and company issues, passion and creative insight. My goal is to eventually obtain not only my B.S. at Robinson College of Business but to also go on and obtain my M.B.A from GSU. I will utilize the knowledge obtained from Georgia State's business programs to help further grow and promote Sobo.

Mai Secret Inc. "dba" as Mai Secret was a startup that sold a variety of women's shape-wear in three independent retail locations and later re-launched online, that I founded and ran until December in 2017.
