Assistant Dean of Experiential Learning and Director of Off-Campus Programs at DePauw University
I work closely with the Vice President for Student Academic Life to promote and advance experiential learning, including but not limited to semester and short term off-campus study, and manage the operations of the Hubbard Center for Student Engagement. Management of the Center includes identifying and achieving strategic priorities, developing and implementing operating structures and systems, ensuring a sound financial plan and fiscal responsibility, ensuring a strong set of experiential learning opportunities through design, delivery, and assessment, and engaging internal and external stakeholders in building the reputation and success of the Center. I engage faculty in the development of global learning models within the DePauw curricular and co-curricular offerings. The individual collaboratively develops and implements university wide structures designed to provide students with equal opportunity to participate in off-campus study programs. Additionally, I engage with prospective donors and alumni to support the goals and the mission of co-curricular learning at DePauw University, and collaborate with the Director of Career Services to identify goals and programming needs designed to reach across functional areas within the Hubbard Center for Student Engagement. I am responsible for a professional staff, whose main role is to build pathways to experiential learning opportunities designed to align with the mission of DePauw University.

Provides leadership and direction in the delivery of high-performing experiential learning opportunities such as study abroad, internships, service-learning, and undergraduate research programs.
