Pearson Seminar on Youth Leadership is a summer course hosted at Pearson College UWC. This program offers a Transformative Learning methodology and builds leadership capacity through a strong Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression framework.

Facilitated daily debrief sessions and workshops on toxic masculinity, political activism, and creative resistance. Developed secondary modules built upon personal development skills, community power-sharing practices, and social justice training. Coordinated language support team for foreign participants and oversaw outdoor programming logistics.
