Working with a team of students, faculty, and staff to create comprehensive institutional responses to the current COVID-19 juncture. Collaborating with student organizations to design community care programming for the student body. Developing audiovisual content and newsletters to raise awareness of the evolving public health regulations in the state of Maine.

Co-created Inclusion piece and Facilitation Handbook for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program (DEI), which provides structured empathy education through a set of in-person and online modules. Facilitated action-oriented critical thinking courses for students in educational settings worldwide. Conducted staff training under foundations for creative and constructive collaboration.

Pearson Seminar on Youth Leadership is a summer course hosted at Pearson College UWC. This program offers a Transformative Learning methodology and builds leadership capacity through a strong Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression framework.

Facilitated daily debrief sessions and workshops on toxic masculinity, political activism, and creative resistance. Developed secondary modules built upon personal development skills, community power-sharing practices, and social justice training. Coordinated language support team for foreign participants and oversaw outdoor programming logistics.
