Contacts alumni, parents and friends of Saint Joseph's University in order to build participation to the Saint Joseph’s Fund through gifts in addition to educating them on the University’s greatest needs and updating them about activities and recent events on campus. -SJU Alumni Association

• Maintained computer and physical filing systems through Salon Iris, including managing all front desk tasks, including the maintenance of client records. • Coordinated and created special projects and events such as birthday parties, bridal parties, and seasonal promotions. • Created a solid knowledge base of all specialty spa and resort products and services in addition to extensive Aveda product and service knowledge. • Maintained consistent use of graphic imagery in marketing outreach and knowledge of Microsoft Publisher in order to advertise new products, services, packages, and events. • Received, screened and routed incoming calls, as well as handled incoming client requests for information and appointments.
