- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss new initiatives and on-going projects, as well as provide an informational update.

- Work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and the Director of Admissions to design and implement strategies for student recruitment.
- Redesigned and currently manage the College website, www.jchs.edu and college Intranet. In 2012-13, oversaw the complete rebuild of our website and built our new Intranet myself.
- Designed the Colleges advertising and marketing campaigns, including graphic design, media placement and continued research to determine effectiveness.
- In 2013-14, oversaw a rebranding campaign for Jefferson College. Worked with multiple external vendors to implement the strategy after completion.
- Write for, edit and design many College publications, including the bi-annual Jefferson College magazine, the Jefferson Chronicle (circulation 8,000).
- Act as the College photographer.
- Manage a Marketing Specialist employee.
- Became the primary liaison between Jefferson College and Carilion Clinics Marketing, Research and Communications department.
- Began collaborating with the Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine Media Directors to manage media requests and pitch relevant stories to media across the country.
- Work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and the Director of Admissions to design and implement strategies for student recruitment.

- Designed and produced projects for employees and the Human Resources Department, including brochures, signs, fliers, banners, booklets, calendars and other promotional material.
- Maintained and updated the company Intranet hub and the external Employee Hub on www.carilionclinic.org, including web hubs for special projects throughout the year.
- Participated in the development and implementation of employee recognition and other HR programs that benefited employees across the organization.
- Produced print and electronic publicity materials for the eight branches of the Durham County Public Library, Library's Bookmobile and Outreach Assistance for Shut-Ins and Seniors program (OASIS).
- Designed and produced bibliographies, brochures, fliers, calendars, and other promotional materials for over 30,000 patrons who visited the library annually.
- Assisted the Director of Public Relations with programs and services.
- Maintained and updated a portion of the Durham County Library webpage.
- Served shifts at public service points throughout the library system, working directly with the public.
