• Led weekly PLC’s with teachers to plan and implement global awareness projects with other schools throughout the world
• Led grade level meetings to share strategies for lesson planning
• Utilized the school code of conduct when disciplining students in school and on the bus and implemented a school wide PBIS program which decreased discipline referrals by twenty percent

The Principal Fellows Program provides a competitive, merit-based scholarship loan to individuals of exceptional academic ability who have teaching or relevant experience and who desire to enter school administration in a North Carolina public school.
Fellows also participate in enrichment experiences designed to enhance their preparation for a career as a principal or assistant principal.
