Maxwell Warren

I am a member of the Men's Baseball team here at Lewis and have completed 3 years in the study of Exercise and Movement Science. I have a passion for baseball and athletics alike and aspire to one day pass that on to people around me. So far my best job experience doing that was working for the Chicago White Sox Summer Camps as a Summer Camp Coach and helping out at summer camps for Diamond Skills Academy in Yorkville, IL. It is a blast to teach kids baseball and to see them develop over the span of a week and then go on to play collegiate summer ball games in the evening too. Very often do I realize that there are some things I can do better in my own sport that I have taught to the other kids. So far I have earned 3 Delahanty Awards and Academic All-Conference appearances, but I cannot claim all of the credit for earning them. If it were not for my professors helping me in class and boosting my passion in the study, my baseball coaches for instilling the hard work attitude, and my family for pushing me towards success, then I may not have these awards.
