Counseled academically-at-risk students as an academic advisor and academic coach to provide accountability, support, and encouragement
Supervised the Robert Bolejack Learning Center and coordinated student worker schedules to provide academic support, coaching, and peer tutoring for undergraduate, graduate, and non-traditional students
Developed course content for the First-Year Experience Course and supervised the participating instructors in their semester of teaching
Scheduled the incoming students course schedules by using a cohort model for courses and majors
Instructed the undergraduate course FYE 110: Strategies for College Success

Coordinator of the Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) assessment program to provide teachers and parents with information about student reading levels and progress throughout the school year
Participated in two years of Leader in Me Leadership Training and Professional Development and implemented these practices into school-wide and classroom leadership initiatives
Facilitated the I-Witness News student leadership program and trained student scriptwriters
