Megan Pron

From a young age, I was captivated by the roar of engines and the thrill of competition. Growing up, my dad and I would spend weekends at the track, soaking in the sights, sounds, and smells of race day. Whether it was the smell of burning rubber, the excitement in the air, or the sheer speed of the cars, I was hooked from the start. I began to notice that there were rarely any girls on the track, and that sparked something inside me. I made a promise to my younger self that one day, I would be out there too. As I got older, I knew I wanted to be part of the motorsports world, not just as a spectator but as someone who could help shape it. Today, Im pursuing a degree in marketing and sports management at Miami University, with the goal of breaking into the industry and making a mark in motorsports. I want to show young girls that this sport isnt just for the boys, its for anyone who dreams big enough. My ultimate goal is to work with racing teams and organizations to drive the future of the sport and open doors for more diversity and inclusion along the way.
