Megan Metzger

Megan Metzger Lightfoot is an accomplished business owner, certified business consultant, and now holds a Master's degree in Leadership & Organizational Development. Her passion for quality childcare led her to establish Preferred ChildCare (PCC), a successful nanny agency that has been providing exceptional child care in NC for over 23 years. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise, Megan founded Megan Metzger Consulting (MMC) to empower women to achieve financial independence. Megan's leadership extends beyond her businesses. She was a founding member of the North Carolina Board of Entrepreneurship and served as the President of the International Nanny Association (INA) Board of Directors. In addition to her remarkable professional achievements, Megan is a devoted mother to four wonderful children (Hunter, Emma Grace, Lily, and Mason) and teaches business courses at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Through her extensive experience, knowledge, and unwavering passion, Megan continues to make a significant impact on business owners, families, and caregivers alike.
