As the Chief Innovation and AI Officer for the City of Lebanon, New Hampshire, I am dedicated to harnessing technology and innovation to enhance our community's services and make them more accessible. With a background in public communication and local government innovation, I am expanding my expertise by pursuing a Data Analytics degree at SNHU. My passion lies in using data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions that boost our local government's efficiency and transparency. I am particularly interested in the art of data storytelling, a powerful tool I believe can bridge the gap between our residents and local government processes. By doing so, I aim to foster a deeper understanding among community members about the impactful use of their tax dollars in building and nurturing the place where they work, live, and play. My pursuit of a degree is not just about acquiring new skills but about telling the stories that matter - stories that will engage and inspire our community to actively participate in shaping a better, more vibrant, and sustainable tomorrow.
