Passion, Hard Work, Creativity, and Team Collaboration are the qualities of success Spring 2015, I was elected president of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Through all of the activities and running of the AMA, my greatest achievement was the opportunity to organize a Digital Marketing Competition for Rosetta. We had 13 teams entered to create a digital marketing strategy competing against various other universities. 7 teams were chosen, and out of those 5 of them were from the University of Akron. Taking critiques from our professors and one another, and applying them to improve our project led to our victory. This accomplishment made my years at the university and the countless hours, long nights and early mornings worth it. What sets me apart from the rest, positive attitude, passion, and work ethic. I have a genuine care for people and look for the best in life and the workplace. I bring a smile and a can-do attitude every day. Like many students I care about my future and being successful, my passion is what drives me to work hard, be my best and why want me on your team. My father taught me about the importance of work ethic as a child. There is no greater honor than providing for your family through hard work and honesty, and that is something I truly believe in
