Micah Green-Holloway

Micah is currently a senior at Samford University in Birmingham, Al. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing, and a concentration in Sports Marketing. This educational path will strengthen the necessary skills to reach Micah's ultimate dream, being a General Manager of a professional baseball team. Micah is a member of the prestigious sports marketing program at Samford University. This program is designed to give each student in the program great internship opportunities as well as job opportunities in their sport of interest. Also, Micah is a sports marketing intern for the athletic department at Samford, which entails passing out different promotional items for the team and being responsible for the minutes of the game. Having this experience gets Micah accumulated to the sports industry while still excelling in his studies. Currently, Micah is interning with Fitz Martin, in which he helps clients convert highly valued yet elusive prospects into customers. Ultimately, Micah seeks to do an internship with the Atlanta Braves and start working closer to his goal of becoming a general manager. Along with having big dreams and aspirations, Micah is very involved in the community and Samford. Micah is a Young life leader, which entails spending time with kids during the school day, building relationships, and ultimately telling them about Christ. Second, Micah is a leader of R.A.N.S.O.M (Radical Athlete And Student Oasis Ministry). This ministry has a very energetic atmosphere and is designed for college students to come and experience God in an authentic way. Third, I am a Samford Ambassador. An ambassador represents the school and serves alumni, parents, and donors of Samford.
