Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting various changes of Key Performance Indicators, specifically those related to Daily Departmental Revenue, Outstanding Receivables, and Patient Volume. College Summer Contractor with the AbbVie Inc. - Global Business Services Worked on a project team tasked with developing and deploying a streamlined consultant contracting system (specifically for healthcare professionals). Was personally responsible for preparing comprehensive data packages for system input, as well as assisting with the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, and the ultimate deployment of the system. During the latter testing phase, I was able to identify and resolve over 100 issues with the system, leading to a more successful deployment.
