 Prepare US and State corporate income tax returns and update general ledger  Prepare monthly sales tax and goods and services tax returns  Audit support, coordination, and maintenance of global transfer pricing policies and requirements  Review and verify E & P calculations, Subpart F inclusions and Gross ups; Prepare intercompany transactions (SubF)  Complete 2.5 month payment process  Provide special support on ongoing projects

Job Responsibilities: • Oversee administration of the medical plan for international assignees • Input enrollment information into vendor online system. • Download and send PDF insurance cards within 48-72 hrs of enrollment to employees. • Assist employees with questions or concerns about the global medical plan. • Send email reminders to employees who fail to complete and return their enrollment forms. • Point of contact for local offices with questions about eligibility, coverage and changes. • Process vendor/insurance invoices Prepare monthly census files for the global benefit plans. • Transmit monthly vendor files and troubleshoot issues with vendors. • Process monthly/quarterly vendor invoices, and upload to AP system for approval. • Conduct audits of globally managed plans. • Work with vendors to identify and resolve data integrity and system related issues. • Provide monthly update to local offices, about new enrollments, terminations and changes. • Conduct periodic audits and generate reports as needed to ensure effectiveness of plans. • Update benefits database and maintain team intranet site, etc. • Assist in development and documentation of process for ongoing database review and maintenance. • Maintain renewal calendar and generate quarterly renewal reports. • Maintain and control access to global benefits page. • Update material pages and documents by ensuring SharePoint document library, and benefits contact distribution list are current. • Perform special HR projects and other duties as assigned. May collaborate with other Global HR functions.

• Update news regarding my fellow classmates success, jobs, experiences etc. • Reach out to over 200+ alumni and cross communicate with the XBHS Director of Communications & the Director of Alumni and Special events. • Keep the entire Xaverian community updated with the latest information pertaining to current students and alumni; this information is included in The Xaverian Magazine as well as the XBHS Gala program. • Implement strategy for alumni events and Xaverian sponsored activities
