Organizational practices have been my greatest strength, as well as being the face of the college to many donors and alumni.
Within one school year of experience, I have been promoted as 2019-2020 Office of Development Team Lead where I manage student workers of this department.
My team calls inquiry and prospective high school students across the nation. Then by developing a relationship, I give them specific information about Wisconsin Lutheran College and show how we can fit their needs as a potential higher education institution.
I am a tour guide at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Meaning, I have the opportunity to show students, parents, and groups of individuals the beauty that WLC provides. By showing them our campus' buildings and sports facilities one-on-one, I am able to individualize tours to fit each student's interests and needs.
Job responsibility: hospitality of greeting guests, monitoring food and drink orders, and plating food in the kitchen
Time management had been my largest improvement from two years as a team member. Every day was different and being quick on my feet was needed to be successful in this field.
