Melanie Kae Olaes
I am currently on track to complete a Bachelors of Science in Astronomy with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. My research focuses on analyzing photometric ultraviolet, optical, and x-ray data from superluminous supernovae using python and unix scripting. My interests include observational cosmology, low count rate statistics, and high-energy astrophysical modeling.
