Megan Finsness

After attending Tulane University for three years in pursuit of a Bachelor's in Neuroscience, I chose music over life in a lab. Originally, I wanted to do music-related studies with young children diagnosed with certain mental disorders. For example, given a 4-year-old child child diagnosed with autistic tendencies, could music be used to potentially restructure incorrect or incomplete neural circuitry? To what extent? A fascinating direction and in such a young science, trumped by a passion for music. I moved to LA in 2013, hit the decks, but returned to West Palm Beach upon conclusion of my social media internship. These most recent months have been spent DJing venues and events in South Florida.
