Implements One Team to every aspect of the day Ensures that prep and set up is done correctly before events Double checks Event the day before and the day of event Makes “master” copy of the prep guide to ensure that there isn’t too little or too much prep being made. Makes and submits weekly maps to the Group Sales team Makes sure contracts are available to Kitchen, Supervisors and TLs Ensures that they are updated with the correct guarantee and menu. Checks/assists with people list when asked for advice Answers any/all questions about events, prep, or past events Completes tenth of the case on Sunday Attends weekly catering meeting, taking notes and typing them out to relay the concerns of Group Sales to the rest of the team Deals with any concerns any member of the team might have
