Iam interested in challenging projects on an organizational level and even more to be on an emirate level, that are more related to new and innovative solutions in both technology and business concepts. I received my Bachelor of Management Information System from the Dubai Womens College also done my Executive Diploma from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at National University of Singapore.
My initial step of me career was in 1998 in a well-known private organization in Dubai. Working exclusively in SAP gave me the right expertise in practicing the concept of business intelligence and business re-engineering. Last 2.5 years, I was heavily exposed to the quality procedures and measurement that I extended even more to be covered during my work on one of the semi-government organization.
My graduate move from private, semi-government and government sector have to finally work in a government. I was one of the implementers of the unified e-complain system in Dubai, worked as an associated project manager and was responsible in both business and the technical aspect of it on the Dubai level. It is one of my projects on Dubai level, as my first project was a mass customer and employee satisfaction as part of Dubai government excellence program.
Currently I work with the department of Corporate Excellence, IT unit as a Head of IT.
