Collaborate with a 20 person staff to establish a united community within three freshman residence halls by participating in weekly staff meetings, coordinating committee responsibilities and attending events presented in each of the halls Oversee 40 freshman students along with Co-Resident Advisor to ensure a safe community for the residents to thrive in by implementing school policy and utilizing bi-weekly workshops to promote diversity, introspection, technical and life skill growth Consult residents with day-to-day problems regarding topics such as academics and personal life matters through use of communication skills and utilization of campus resources to discover solutions Demonstrate organizational and time management skills by maintaining administrative information such as room condition reports, maintenance requests, crisis management, incident reports and monthly reports
