Najja O'Connor
Najja is a sophomore at Siena College, who is currently working on his B.S in Finance . He is also a Bonner Service Leader , which is a position that seeks to empower communities around the nation through partnerships with a non-profit in each community . Currently, his Bonner Service Leader position is Program Coordinator at Albany County's District Attorney's Community Justice Outreach Office. At his site, he uses the Community Accountability Board model, which seeks to repair the harm done to the community by requiring defendant(s) to complete mandatory community service. Being determined , passionate , and forward thinking he is always interested in new opportunities.
