Natalie Lembeck

Majored in Psychology
Georgia Institute of Technology, Class of 2015
From John's Creek, GA
I am working currently working as an undergraduate research assistant in the Cognitive Neuroscience located in the Center for Advanced Brain Imaging Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology. My advisor is Dr. Scott Moffat and I work under Dr. Robert Ariel. My responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling participants for experiments, running the participants, and coding data. Over the summer, I helped with a research study that investigated the effects of age on the metacognition of spatial ability. Additionally, this semester I was awarded the President's Undergraduate Research Award, which funds my Senior Thesis project. This includes preparing a research proposal, developing tests, coding the tasks - using LiveCode - recruiting students, administer the tasks, collecting and coding data, and finally analyzing the data. By the end of the semester (May 2015) I intend to have my project published with a video describing the work I did throughout the project.
