- Provide leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients. - Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition) - Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems - Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team - Apply street team tactics (flyer distribution, sign spinning, flash mobs, etc.) - Engage with local schools, businesses, and sports & community organizations - Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls - Outbound telephone reach; cold calling - Social media promotion - Follow up and follow through with prospective clients - Lead OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders - Help to maintain an effective customer referral program - Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems - Work closely with Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit - Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
