Sales Consultant/Social Media Coordinator at Orangetheory Fitness
- Provide leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
- Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition)
- Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
- Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team
- Apply street team tactics (flyer distribution, sign spinning, flash mobs, etc.)
- Engage with local schools, businesses, and sports & community organizations
- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
